How it Works
Ready to get in shape, build confidence, and learn real boxing skills?
Our one-on-one boxing sessions are designed for beginners and experienced trainees alike. No experience? No problem!

Each session will be at an outdoor location (Weaver Park, Montford Park, E.W. Grove Park)​. In-home sessions are allowed after the first session. We can provide boxing gloves and hand-wraps for you to borrow, so no need to worry about purchasing those if you do not already have them.
We’ll guide you step by step—teaching proper stance, punches, and footwork while holding mitts for you to strike. The sessions will also include agility drills and full body strength training with step-ladders, dumbbells, kettle bells, sandbags, and more.
Expect a fun, high-energy workout that improves your strength, cardio, and technique in a supportive environment. Let’s get started—your first session is all about learning the basics and getting comfortable!
